Community Pillars
Theresa Qadri is an active community leader who has spent nearly a lifetime as an avid volunteer helping her community of Stittsville.
At a very young age, and as the middle child in a family of nine girls, Ms. Qadri grew up learning core values of working together, kindness, honesty, integrity, sharing, and caring that have each formed the basis of a strong foundation and desire to help others. She began volunteering as a teenager after school at the Elsie Stapleford Child Care Centre. Her volunteer work has also encompassed the Stittsville Business Association, the Lions Club, and the Youth Committee. Theresa supports women in leadership roles, nurtures talented children and never fails to inspire others to get involved and to give back. She also chairs a number of fundraising events.
